Deadhead applies to: all surrounding areas located more then 10 miles outside of Cashmere, WA


Destinations: All cities located within the Washington State Borders. Out-of-state charter operations will be negotiated upon time of order.


Rate Determination: Hourly rates apply when mileage to destination from equipment point does not exceed 100 miles. If mileage to destination is greater than 100 miles, per-mile rates will be charged. When hourly rates apply, an 8 hour minimum charge will be applied and a hourly rate after the 8 hour minimum has been met.


Fuel Surcharge: KCB Charters reserves the right to assess a fuel surcharge, in response to fuel tax increases and/or fuel cost increases beyond a reasonable inflation rate, with a minimum of 72 hours notice. The surcharge percentage, in effect at the time of the operations (1st departure, if applicable) will apply to the total charter invoice, regardless of the surcharge percentage at the time of the booking and/or quote.
